Receptionist didn’t even say “hello” before she bluntly shouted from a distance “what’s your name” as I walked in! Not a great start. Then despite physically witnessing my hand sanitisation at the door as I entered, I was still asked to go back and wash my hands? Bit pointless and over the top in current guidelines, I think. Ironically, there was no hand towels to then dry my wet hands, ao another pointless exercise. Perhaps lay off the over-the-top Covid guidelines and resume friendly recetion at the practice? – How would you describe your overall experience?
