Great experience. It would have been nice to have been proactively told that Lara had left (in fact, our event letters about price increases were signed by Lara and she had already gone - strange). Saying that, Amandine and the new lovely hygienist were so fabulous for my appointment. I assume that Amandine will be my new designated dentist? I would prefer when calling up to book my appointments to be offered slots with my dentist and hygienist first for continuity of care, and only if they are not available, for other dentist options to be given. – How would you describe your overall experience?
