I was happy with the dentist but not as happy with the hygienist. I was quite surprised that the hygienist wore a mask with a valve as those have been shown to direct expelled air directly out ... in this case directly at the patient. Those masks are not even allowed on some airlines. The cleaning was the first cleaning in my life that I found uncomfortable- the automatic scraper that pushes and sucks cold water was incredibly uncomfortable for someone with sensitivity and I finally had to ask her to just stop using it. I will return to the practice but choose a different hygienist. I hope there is more oversight on type of mask worn by your employees. – How would you describe your overall experience?
