This was my second visit to you but was disappointing as the booking system had apparently double booked my slot which meant a 15 min delay. Although I wouldn't have minded this, my appointment felt very rushed and not particularly pleasant as I felt I took the brunt of the catch-up whereby my whole appointment took 16 mins. Despite the rush and slight discomfort in the process, the result was very good but not the best way in achieving it. – How would you describe your overall experience?
