I didn't think I would ever say this but I have just had a good experience at a dentist and even better, it was pain free. I hate going and hate needles and have had some horrible dental experiences in my life . Today I sat in the waiting room doing breathing exercises to try and get past the fear. I wont have to do that again because John at Portmore just took the biggest tooth in my mouth out and I didn't feel a thing. Before starting he explained everything in simple terms, answered my questions, didn't rush and just gave the impression he wanted the best for me. Afterwards he explained how it had gone, gave aftercare advice and future options. He had used a numbing pad on the area he was going to inject and so when he did inject me I didn't feel a thing. And he made sure I was well and truely numb before starting to operate. The whole thing was a pleasant experience. Wow, thank you. :) – How would you describe your overall experience?
