All was good and professional as ever, although my usual and excellent hygienist was away. Disappointingly her replacement did not read my notes until after she had treated me. Her work was thorough and she apologised. However I prefer the more modern airpick used by my usual hygienist and had travelled especially for this treatment which is not available everywhere. – How would you describe your overall experience?
