Normally I have a great experience at the clinic and have been a client for 29 years however I missed an appointment on Friday and I was charged for it which I didn’t think I would be since nobody rang me to say I was late. Had somebody rang me. I could’ve got to the clinic in 10 minutes and not missed my hygienist appointment since I had a check up before I also didn’t receive a text message on the day which I normally depend on. The receptionist was very aloof when I questioned it so this was my first time I’ve ever missed an appointment and the first time I’ve been dissatisfied with the dental practice. – How would you describe your overall experience?
