It was fine. The problems are probably mine, in that I may be too old for it to have been sensible to have so much done in one go, even though that was the only way of keeping the cost down. IN one session I had three implants and what I'm assuming was a difficult extraction. The procedure took over two hours. The sedation had a fairly severe impact on me, the after effects of which - exhaustion, nausea, low mood, memory holes and general wobbliness - lasted several days and make me nervous of ever having it again - although I guess I will need to for the eventual fitting of the crowns. Should I perhaps have had the extraction separately? No way of knowing now. Oddly there was absolutely no pain or even much discomfort in the three or four days after the surgery. But there is now that I'm trying to eat something other than yogurts etc. My right jaw remains swollen and is now sore. Still haven't taken the painkillers though, so not that bad. – How would you describe your overall experience?
