Dear Mrs Delahunty
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent visit to the practice.
I note that you marked us '5' for timekeeping - after a little investigation, it became clear that 1 or 2 patients before you arrived a little late for their appointments.Unfortunately, this almost always has a 'domino' effect on our surgery schedules, meaning that the following patients were seen a little late.
This combined with an extremely busy time of year meant that you were kept waiting - huge apologies and I do hope this did not cause too much inconvenience.
We do endeavour to run to time wherever possible.
Thanks again for your feedback, it allows us to continually improve our service which is our main focus at Portmore.
