Unfortunately my comments may come across as negative but my circumstance's make life very tricky, added to which there was a very rude white ‘vending machine’ van parked in the disabled bay, who when challenged was rude. The lift isn’t large enough to take my scooter and thirdly you do not have a disabled toilet!! Apart from that as always John and Lois were fab…. – How would you describe your overall experience?
