It’s very sad to see the practice go downhill, particularly as a patient of many decades. I paid for a partial denture that was too big for my mouth, told nothing could be done about it and that no other dentist could do better. I suffered for 3 months. My new dentist is making me one that fits, doesn’t hurt, that I can eat and speak with. They are showing me care and attention and could not understand why my previous dentist (at Portmore) had put me in such discomfort, given me an ill-fitting partial denture, refused to correct the mistake, and had been unable to remove one of the roots underneath it which the new dentist removed easily within 10 minutes. – How would you describe your overall experience?
