As always we received a warm welcome on our visit on 18th December 2025. We had longer than normal waiting time between our appointments but this was most probably due to the fact that they had been allocated by a receptionist who didn’t realise we travel up & back from Dorset. Treatment as ever by Doctor John Brazier second to none, Lois was good & helpful to myself to - she did my teeth the old fashioned way because they had been very sensitive for some time. Also as always Mandy, your Head Receptionist, was very professional, friendly and caring, she is a real gem. All in all I award the practice 12 out of 10, it’s the best. – How would you describe your overall experience?
