I felt very comfortable and reassured re my Dentist and also the Hygienist. I know sometimes people are late with their appointments which has a "knock-on effect" and I know this cannot be helped, but I always come away satisfied. – How would you describe your overall experience?

Yes, sometimes there is an unavoidable 'knock on' effect when patients run late - so nice to hear that you understand this, we try and 'catch-up' wherever possible as we hate to keep our patients waiting!
