I see that you rated us 6/10 for timekeeping - huge apologies if we kept you waiting yesterday, sometimes there is a 'knock-on effect' to our whole day if our first patients arrive a little late.

We try wherever possible to run on time - I do hope this did not cause you any inconvenience.
