Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, we really appreciate it.
Apologies for keeping you waiting yesterday, sometimes if previous patients turn up a couple of mins late it can have a 'knock on' effect on our whole session. We try our best to run to time wherever possible as we understand it can be frustrating for patients to be kept waiting, especially if they have to go back to work.
