Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we provide for our patients.

Regarding the air-conditioning, we try as best we can to regulate the temperature to suit all our patients, if you feel it a little cool when you next visit, please don't hesitate to let the clinician know, we are more than happy to alter it to ensure that you are comfortable.
