Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and allows us to improve the service we provide for our patients.

Apologies if we kept you waiting a little for your appointment , sometimes there is a 'knock on' effect to the whole day if the first patients of the session arrive a little late. Please be assured that we try to run to time wherever possible as we appreciate how frustrating it is for patients to be kept waiting. Thank you for your patience.
