Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we provide to our patients.

As you know we have air-conditioning units in every treatment room, it is always difficult to maintain a temperature to suit everyone. Please feel free to ask your clinician to alter the temperature at your next appointment if you wish, it is no bother at all, we want to make sure you feel comfortable.
