Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we provide for our patients.

I'm so sorry you were kept waiting a little longer than anticipated, we really do endeavour to run to time wherever possible. Sometimes it can take a bit longer to process & analysis the scans that's all. Huge apologies that were feeling a bit concerned, not our intention at all.
