Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

As you know, we run a morning team meeting, every day, to ensure that the day ahead runs smoothly & efficiently for our patients and we are equipped to deal with individual patient needs.

Our clinics start at 8am and we 'huddle' at 7.45am each day - very occasionally we may overrun by a minute or 2, but this is by no means a regular occurrence, the last thing we want is to start our clinics late as this impacts on our whole day.

Our records show that you were seated in the chair at 8.01, I'm sorry if we kept you and it caused you any inconvenience.
