Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Regarding the welcome, we do pride ourselves on ensuring our patients have a warm welcome into the practice, what could we have done better? Were you referring to your feelings about the TV or news programmes? We do try to accommodate patient preferences where possible, and most patients have advised they prefer the radio rather than the TV. However, we do have a full range of newspapers daily for patients who wish to catch up on the news. Your opinion is valued and I will bring this up as a point of discussion at our next team meeting.
