Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Thank you also for your kind comments and wonderful ratings, I will pass this onto the team.

With regards to music, it is so hard to please everyone and we usually try to stick to something rather mellow and soothing, however I will 100% take on board your comments and we will discuss at our next team meeting which is scheduled for next week.
