Good but the actual hygiene clean was very un pleasant. It felt like they were not used to the equipment and water was spraying everywhere and not running down my neck. I also the salt spray was very salty (felt like they put too much in as it was not ready to go). I have have had better experiences in the past – How would you describe your overall experience?

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and helps us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
With regards to your recent hygiene appointment, I am going to have a chat to your hygienist today to ask for their feedback on your visit, and will get back to you via telephone to discuss in more detail.
We have actually used invested about £25'000 on 2 new hygiene chairs which have ben installed fairly recently. The chairs are wonderful, very state of the art, but we have had a few minor teething issues with them as you may expect. The 'salty' taste was in fact the 'airflow' powder that is part of the stain removal process. The airflow system is a great technique to remove stains and to whiten the teeth, but agreed, the taste is a little salty - let me do some research to see if we can come up with an alternative.
I am so sorry to hear that your visit did not live up to your expectations, not our intention at all, we do try our best to ensure that every patient has a 10/10 visit with us. I will call you today to discuss further, but in the meantime I would like to offer you a 2nd follow-up appointment completely free of charge.
