Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and allows us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.

Regarding your comments about the wifi, I totally agree, the patient wifi can be a little weak at times. Our IT guys & internet provider have looked into it on numerous occasions and it seems there is a glitch in the system somewhere, but no-one seems to know where! I'm hoping that in the near future we can sort this once and for all - I will keep you posted!
