Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

I take on board your low rating for time keeping with dismay and can only apologise for keeping you waiting. Sometimes if our first patient of the clinic arrives a little late, it can throw us out for the whole session, we hate to run late as we understand how frustrating this is for patients and how valuable their time is.

Please accept our sincere apologies for our timekeeping yesterday, I do hope its a 'one-off'.
