Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and allows us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

I note you rated us 5/10 for time keeping. I see from our records that you arrived 5 mins early for our first joint appointment of the day, I think we kept you waiting a little for your second appointment, huge apologies if this was the case, we do try to run on time wherever possible as we appreciate how precious patients time is. We aim to improve this on your future appointments.
