Hope you are well.
Just to follow-up on your comments about mobile phone usage in the waiting area.
The team discussed this at length at our meeting this week. We agreed that it would be difficult and somewhat unfair for us to ban our patients from using their mobile phones in the waiting area, a lot of patients use their phones to access work emails and often work when waiting for their appointments. What we can do however, is ask that patients step outside into the hall if they need to make a phone-call.
