Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.
With regards to the team eating lunch in the waiting room, we actually have a staff lunch room/kitchen downstairs where we routinely take lunch/breaks. However, once a month we have team meetings, as there are about 15-20 of us now, we hold meetings in the waiting room because there is more space. We also usually eat 'lunch on the go' on these occasions. I'm so sorry if you felt uncomfortable, not our intention at all, in future I will make sure all patients have left before we start getting seated for the meeting. Thank you for pointing this out.
