Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Thank you also for the wonderful ratings.
With regards to your comment about somewhere to hang outside clothes, we did try this once but most patients felt they wanted to take personal belongings into the surgery with them, where they can hang them behond the door. However, there is an umbrella stand in the waiting area. I will bring this up again at the next team meeting and let you know what we decide.
