Thank you for taking the time to give us your fedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient. I do however note your rating for our time keeping, and do apologise if we kept you waiting. Sometimes if the first patient of the session arrives a little late it throws us out for the whole day, but huge apologies, we hate to keep our patients waiting.
