Thank you also for wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased your first experience with us was a positive one. I do note, however, the 7/10 rating for our time keeping. I do apologise if we kept you waiting, not our intention at all, we understand that patients time is precious and try our best to keep to time wherever possible.
