Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
With regards to your comments about the TV and costs. We will arrange for the TV to be turned on, although many patients prefer music, although maybe we could have the news channel on in the background. Costs, I note that you have just joined our membership plan. This should be really helpful in assisting you to budget for your routine care as you can pay monthly. The plan also offers 15% discount off all treatment in the future which should help somewhat.
