Practise delivered a very professional, highly informed and calm experience for a procedure that I was nervous about. I appreciated the attention placed on every step in the process - e.g. support from reception; information and discussion on options and benefits versus risk at the pre-procedure consultation meeting, and during the procedure I found it to be a smooth, clinical and gentle delivery by Johan and team. Instructions for care are simple, clearly explained and easy to follow and I appreciated the follow-up call 24 hours later. This high standard matched my experience of other appointments at the practise.
