Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.

With regards to the waiting lounge seating, we are hoping to get the whole waiting area refurbished later in the year, new seating will be an integral part of this.
