Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Out of interest, what would we need to do in order for you to rate us 6/10 for 'welcome'? We routinely get extremely high ratings for this section and I'd like some more feedback on this particular aspect of your experience.
