Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.
With regards to your comments about our fees; we feel that our fees are in line with the standard of dentistry and level of service that the practice provides. We do offer a monthly membership scheme for patients that would like to budget for treatment, it is £18.25 per month and includes 2 examination visits, 2 hygiene visits, all x-rays per year, it also gives patients a 15% discount off any treatment required. We find a lot of our patients are joining the membership plan as its provides good value for money. Do let me know if you would like an additional information.
With regards to the parking, we feel lucky that we are the only practice in Weybridge that offers parking for 8+ patients, plus disabled parking. We are unable to increase the size of our parking bays at this time, however, there is a paid car-park at the bottom of the road and Morrisons offer free car-parking for 90 minutes, I'm not sure if the parking bays at either of these locations are any bigger, but it may be worth a try.
