Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is very much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Thank you also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient. With regards to your incline in the chair, we will always try to be accommodating as possible to ensure your comfort, however, if treatment needs to be carried out, we do require patients to be tilted back slightly. I hope the session was comfortable.
