I note you rated us 7/10 for timekeeping, I'm so sorry if we kept you waiting for your appointment, we hate to keep our patients waiting as we know how precious everyone's time is. Sometimes, if the first couple of patients arrive even only a few minutes late it can throw us off for the whole session and we end up playing 'catch-up'. Again, apologies, we understand how annoying it can be.
