Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

I was disappointed to note that you rated us 6/10 for your welcome into the practice, what would we need to do in order for you to rate us 10/10?

Regarding your comment about the cost, we do offer a monthly payment plan for patients who wish to budget for their routine treatment, this plan also offers a discount on some treatments. In addition, we offer a finance facility for those patients opting to spread the cost of larger courses of treatment over a longer time period. If you would like any further information on either of these points, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
