Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Thanks also for the wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.

Regarding your kind feedback about Dayle, he very sadly left us in January to work closer to home. During his notice period he made a point of letting his patients know that he was leaving during their visits, I am sorry if you were not made aware. Dvija has taken over Dayle's patient list, she has been with us for some time now and is an established and well loved member of our team who puts patient care at the top of her list of priorities when treating patients. I do hope you will feel as confident in her care . However, I will put your feedback on the agenda for our next team meeting just to re-confirm our procedures in this area.
