A temporary veneer was created to replace one that had broken off. Unfortunately the temporary veneer fell of the following day, so I have had to make another appointment. Dear Christine,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients. Thanks also for the mostly wonderful ratings, I'm so pleased to know that you are a happy patient.
With regards to your rating of 6/10 for explanation of treatment - Did you feel the explanation not detailed enough, or that it was inconvenient for the temporary to come adrift? Unfortunately, temporary restorations can sometimes come adrift, especially on front teeth, with the force of eating and/chewing. Try to avoid undue pressure in that area until we place the permanent restoration. I will reach out to you today to make a suggestion about expediting the restoration.
Thank you again for the feedback.
Best Wishes,
Katie Scott
