As pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. The 5 rating on comfort was related to the necessary treatment by the hygienist. I am happy with the treatment! If I flossed more often she would not have to work so hard! No complaints! – How would you describe your overall experience?

thank you for taking the time to complete our survey and we are glad you are generally a happy patient.

Our hygienists are very thorough and I am glad to hear that you are happy with the final outcome of the hygiene visit, like you said sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable to do a thorough job. Next time please to let the treating clinician know during treatment and we will do everything we can to ensure you are more comfortable.
