Dear Susan,

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, it is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Regarding your comment about music or watching television, we apologise if the music was not on during your appointment. We usually always have music playing in the background unless there is an internet connectivity problem.
