My appointment was delayed slightly today because Dr Brazier had an emergency to deal with. The receptionist explained the reason for the delay right away and was very apologetic. As I said to her it was absolutely not a problem for me. The overall experience of my visit was excellent as usual. – How would you describe your overall experience?
