Overall was very good, but I tend to be a bit nervous at the dentist, which is not the fault of the dentist but does make it a difficult experience for me as I go to the dentist and try to overcome my nerves just by tackling them head on by attending. Don't take anything for them, just hope that I can beat them with my head on approach and hope they don't get the better of me. – How would you describe your overall experience?

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

Regarding your rating for timekeeping, I am so sorry if we kept you waiting a little, we really do try our best to keep to time, however sometimes circumstances arise and we find ourselves running late. Huge apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It is great that you are overcoming your dental anxiety to maintain your oral health. I see that you rated your comfort during your appointment 8/10. Out of interest, can you tell me what was specifically uncomfortable (i.e. dental chair, treatment itself, etc) so we can try and improve? Next time please do let the treating clinician know during treatment and we will do everything we can to ensure you are more comfortable.
