Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.

With regards to your feedback about the waiting lounge being hard to navigate when full, we are hoping to get the whole waiting area refurbished later in the year which will hopefully help improve your experience here.
