Dear Virginia,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
We are happy to say that the sectional seating will be gone in the new year. During the Christmas break, we will be completely redesigning our patient lounge to optimise our patients' comfort and experience while at the practice.
With regards to your rating of 6/10 for explanation of treatment, did you feel the explanation not detailed enough?
I am very sorry to hear you experienced discomfort during your appointment. Can you tell me what was specifically uncomfortable (i.e. dental chair, treatment itself, etc) so we can try and improve? Next time please do let the treating clinician know during treatment and we will do everything we can to ensure you are more comfortable.
