Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Regarding your comment about electronic reminders, we always try out best to remind our patients of their appointments by sending a text and/or email. In your case, I see that we sent both. If you did not receive either, please let us know as that may mean we have incorrect contact details in our database.
