With regards to your rating of 7/10 for explanation of treatment, did you feel the explanation not detailed enough?
Regarding your rating for timekeeping, I am so sorry if we kept you waiting a little, we really do try our best to keep to time, however sometimes circumstances arise and we find ourselves running late. Huge apologies for any inconvenience caused.
