Professionally excellent, don’t like the new waiting area arrangement , the old setup was more relaxing as otherwise all staff were helpful and charming. – How would you describe your overall experience?

We are disappointed to hear you are not a fan of the improvements we have made to our patient lounge. Out of interest, what is it specifically that you do not find as relaxing as the old set up?
